Jamshid Hussaini has been active in the real estate industry for the last 20 years leading a diverse portfolio of real estate projects. Since, 2006, he has successfully completed 15 investment projects across the province of Ontario, Canada. |
Over the years, he transformed himself into a successful entrepreneur, author and educator. Currently, Jamshid is the President of Business Point, a fast growing developer of Industrial condo units across Greater Toronto Area. Business Point’s most recent project is the largest project of its kind in terms of the number of units.

The Early YearsAs a child my family and I were forced to flee Afghanistan. Leaving many possessions behind we relied on each other for our strength and this fortitude has stayed with me ever since.
I did not grow up with the comforts most take for granted, our home life was very simple and school, when available, was a lot different from what most people understand a primary school system to be. My classmates and I did not even have the basic facilities that are commonplace in North America. However, I used my experiences to motivate myself, to provide the determination to overcome these circumstances and they helped me to discover my true potential. |

How we each choose to participate in our social responsibilities, as well as our business dealings, is what will create the world we want to leave for our children...Jamshid started his career in real estate sales in 2003. His first two years were filled with a remarkable success that few real estate sales professionals find, but it was not enough. In 2006 he passed the provincial requirements to become a real estate broker and promptly opened his own brokerage. He understood that the keys to financial security are held by those that own the business and that was the direction he undertook.
With keen business sense and an eye to the future Jamshid's brokerage quickly prospered, growing to over 100 agents in a very short time. His brokerage ownership experience brought to him a revelation and he founded Realty Point, a brokerage franchisor based on a “shared resource model”.
